The official language of the ECONOS is English. Simultaneous interpretation is not provided. It is therefore expected that authors are able to present their research more or less fluently in the English language.
Oral Presentation
The conference room is equipped with common presentation tools. The speakers can either use their own Laptops or use the conference Laptop to present their work. However, for faster progress of the schedule, we recommend you using the conference Laptop by uploading your presentation from a memory stick.
Presentation time
- Keynote: 40 minutes including 10 minutes discussion
- Contributed: 20 minutes including 5 minutes discussion
Poster Presentation
Poster boards are in portrait format. Recommended poster size is A0 (841 mm width x 1189 mm height). All the material necessary for attaching the poster to the poster board is available at the facility desk in the respective poster area. In addition, there are assistants to help authors put up or take down their posters.
Poster Print Service
To make your travel easy and comfortable, we included Poster Print Service. You can print your poster in advance by sending a PDF file (A0 size) to the conference Participant Management at least two weeks before the conference time. Print price and deadlines can be obtained from the Participant Management.
